Culture:
Cairo, Egypt, a condensation of a mixture of histories that sets a variety of thoughts that will mingle in your mind with what you already know and adds to it, new knowledge to the history you have learned about the last 7000 years, Pharaohs, Greeks, Romans, Persians and a mixture of middle east cultures so convoluted with those of the far east and the west that maps and chronicles will not set these thoughts and memories free of inquisitiveness.
Cairo is alive and awake 24/7. Between the monuments of history, pyramids, minarets and a colossus of almost every civilization can be visited under the shinning bright day time sunlight. Evenings can be spent in Parisian style streets, the oriental bazaar and the ultra modern megamalls with opportunities of shops , cafes & restaurant with food and drinks from every corner of the word especially the smoke of Kebab and the flavor of falafel & an Egyptian made glass of tea with mint.. At night, there is the dance & the disco, oriental nights with its special flavor dances or even high style gourmet dinner. The night ends only at dawn when you watch the sun rising in the desert between the 3 pyramids & the sphinx. Days of lost sleep and gained rejuvenation and an experience of a life time. Cairo is not just a city but an encyclopedia of past, present & future.
